A Collection of 20 Lovely Hairstyles for Wavy Hair
Hair! You either love it, when it’s not yours, or hate it, when it is. Very few people love the crowning glory they were born with and especially if you think yours is too wavy.

For a long time the most popular accessory for wavy hair was a straightening iron or a GHD (Good Hair Day) straightener, but no more. Finally women are embracing their curls and even adding a few kinks with a curling iron or a curl enhancer. For years we were made to believe that girls with curls should never go short but with the know-how and a creative stylist there’s no ‘do’ that won’t do.

An absolute must for gorgeous waves is the right haircut that works with your hair, instead of against it. We suggest asking friends for any recommendations or if you see someone with a hairstyle you like, ask them where they had it done. You can also experiment with a few styles at home using rubber bands or braids, to give your hair a modern twist. If you aren’t blessed with natural curls you can try achieving the look with a twisty bun, casual curls, braids or using a curl enhancing treatment.
We’ve put together a few of our favorite hairstyles for wavy hair, modeled by the hottest celebrities around.

Side swept bangs – As gorgeous as Keira Knightley looked with her pixie cut we love this tousled wavy hair look she’s currently sporting. And if we needed another reason to envy this beauty even more, you’ll be irritated to know that the kink in her hair is completely natural.

Casually elegant – Reese Witherspoon’s mane looks magnificent with a cocktail of smoothing cream and anti-frizz. The tousled look is achieved by pulling your fingers through and twirling few pieces to get that natural wave

Beach hair – Kate Hudson has always been on point with her gorgeous girl-next-door looks and she makes the wavy hairstyle look effortless. To achieve the look we suggest wrapping your hair up in sections with hot rollers and gently spritzing with a setting spray. Remove the rollers and run your fingers through to get the natural waves.

A kinky bob – We love Jennifer Lawrence’s short wavy cut which is perfect for those special occasions and red carpet moments. The style suits most face shapes, and works particularly well with finer hair. The waves add volume as does the colouring.

Naturally wavy bob – Taylor Swift took her naturally wavy hair and shook it off, turning it into the lob, the cut that is flattering on all hair types, with the perfect balance between long and short and attention to shape and texture.
