At home body wraps have become one of the hottest new weight loss/detoxifying procedures in the world. Both men and women of all ages are using them to naturally lose weight and tone their midsection. To get the most benefit from body wraps, however, there are a few things you should know. Don’t: Take It Off Early
One of the biggest mistakes people make when performing a body wrap is removing it before the recommended amount of time. You’ll probably be eager to measure your waistline to see exactly how many inched you’ve lost, but you must leave the wrap on your body for the specified amount of time. Taking it off early will only reduce the wrap’s effectiveness. Before using a body wrap application, read the instructions carefully to determine when you can remove the wrap.
Don’t: Loose Wrap
Make sure the wrap is applied tightly around your midsection with no air pockets or empty space. Even small pockets of space will have a negative impact on your body wrap application. Do: Drink Lots of Water!

I recommend carrying a couple water bottles to work, the gym or anywhere else you go to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water during the 48-72 hours after the wrap for maximum benefits.
Do: Perform Multiple Wraps
Lastly, don’t limit yourself to just a single body wrap. While you are certain to see noticeable results after the first body wrap, performing them multiple times will yield even greater results. If you haven’t done so already, make a schedule for
